A trial lawyer, Jeff Lynch has more than 28 years of trial experience, including 150 jury trials and 45 appeals for clients in Texas and across the country. Mr. Lynch's trial practice has focused on commercial litigation, toxic tort litigation, malpractice, oil and gas, product liability, negligence, and antitrust (civil and criminal). In addition to litigation, he is actively involved in transactional matters and consulting with technology firms. He has utilized computers in his practice since 1985. In 1990, the government unsuccessfully attempted to prevent Mr. Lynch and his client from using a computer at trial in a criminal antitrust case involving more than 2 million pages of documents.

- Plaintiffs, widow and surviving children, in a product liability and negligence suit arising out of the crash of a corporate jet. [Outcome in excess of $3,200,000.00]
- Plaintiffs, the widow and surviving children, in a suit against a major trucking firm for wrongful death arising out of a head-on collision. [$1,500,000]
- Plaintiff quadriplegic in a suit against a nursing home for negligent care and treatment resulting in two displaced spinal fractures. [Outcome in excess of $800,000.00]
